Group Transportation FAQs

We can accommodate groups from 6 up to 30+ guests in a single vehicle. Popular options include our 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van and our 15–30-passenger Mini/Party Bus. For larger events, multiple buses can run as a continuous shuttle loop.

We handle corporate off-sites, conferences, weddings, concert trips, brewery tours, airport shuttles and more—any occasion that requires moving people together safely and comfortably.

Absolutely. Hourly charters include unlimited stops. For point-to-point transfers you can add extra stops for a small routing fee.

Charters are billed hourly (3-hour minimum for vans, 4-hour minimum for buses). One-way transfers can be quoted at a flat rate. Final cost depends on vehicle size, total hours, distance, and any permits or parking fees.

Yes. The Sprinter Van features a rear cargo hold for about 12 full-size suitcases, while the Mini Bus provides under-seat or rear storage for large luggage and equipment.

All vehicles offer leather seating, climate control and phone charging. The Mini/Party Bus adds a premium sound system, mood lighting and optional TV monitors. Wi-Fi is available on request.

For weekend events and peak seasons (May–Oct & December) book 3–4 weeks ahead. Mid-week or off-peak dates are often available up to a week out.

Yes. We can deploy a transportation coordinator to manage boarding, timing and radio dispatch for continuous shuttle loops between hotels, venues and parking lots.

Vans can be cancelled 72 hours before pickup without penalty; buses require 7 days’ notice. Inside those windows, deposits are non-refundable and the balance may still be due.

Non-messy snacks and canned or plastic-bottled drinks are welcome. Alcohol is permitted for legal-age passengers on private charters (no glass, no kegs). Excessive spills may incur a cleaning fee.

My private driver was supposed to take me to airport. I got a text from him saying that he’s sick and can’t drive and I had only one hour left I was searching for a limo service and, after a few attempts with other companies, I came across this one. Their website said they would actually answer calls — I assumed it was just marketing. It wasn’t. When I called, the operator confidently told me I’d have an answer within two minutes. Sure enough, I received a text confirming my ride almost immediately. That alone saved me a major headache, especially on a rainy morning with a trip to Billy Bishop Airport. The driver was incredibly kind and even lent me a charger so I could power up my phone on the way. Truly excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I needed to book a limo almost last minute, to pick up family at the airport at midnight. The gentleman who took the reservation was very patient and helpful. My daughter said the whole experience of being picked up and brought home was outstanding. Thank you again! We’ll definitely use this company again
