My private driver was supposed to take me to airport. I got a text from him saying that he’s sick and can’t drive and I had only one hour left I was searching for a limo service and, after a few attempts with other companies, I came across this one. Their website said they would actually answer calls — I assumed it was just marketing.
It wasn’t.
When I called, the operator confidently told me I’d have an answer within two minutes. Sure enough, I received a text confirming my ride almost immediately. That alone saved me a major headache, especially on a rainy morning with a trip to Billy Bishop Airport.
The driver was incredibly kind and even lent me a charger so I could power up my phone on the way.
Truly excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
