Question 1: How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Answer: We recommend booking at least 3 hours in advance to ensure a guaranteed pickup. If you have an urgent requirement, you can call us, and we will check if a driver is available near your location. However, please note that we cannot guarantee immediate availability in such cases. For a confirmed booking, we recommend reserving at least 3 hours ahead of time.
Question 2: What Is the Cancellation Policy?
Answer: In case of an emergency, you can cancel your ride without any charges if you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For regular cancellations, we provide a full refund if the cancellation is made before the driver arrives at the pickup location or is en route. However, if the driver has covered more than halfway to the pickup location, the full amount will be charged.
Question 3: How Will I Find My Chauffeur at the Airport?
Answer: Upon arrival at the airport, please ensure your cell phone is turned on. We require a local phone number or WhatsApp number at the time of reservation. After landing at Terminal 1, proceed to door A, where the Security Commissioner's desk is located. Provide them with your name, and they will contact your designated driver for pickup. For Terminal 3, head to door 7 to meet your driver. Rest assured, we have all your flight information and will be tracking it to ensure a smooth pickup.
Question 4: What Happens if My Flight Is Delayed?
Answer: If your flight to Pearson airport is delayed, please inform our office upon arrival at Pearson. We already have your flight number from the time of reservation, and we constantly monitor flight updates in our system.
Question 5: Can I Request Specific Amenities or a Specific Driver?
Answer: Yes, you can request specific amenities or even a particular driver for your ride. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.
Question 6: Is There a Minimum or Maximum Distance for Service?
Answer: There is no minimum or maximum distance limit for our limo service. We are here to serve you regardless of the distance of your trip.
Question 7: Can I Change the Destination Mid-Trip?
Answer: Yes, you can change the destination mid-trip, but please note that the cost of the ride may change, especially if the new destination is more than 5 km from the original drop-off point.
Question 8: Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicle?
Answer: With regards to pets, only service dogs are allowed in our vehicles. Additionally, small dogs are permitted if they are placed in a cage during the journey.
