My private driver was supposed to take me to airport. I got a text from him saying that he’s sick and can’t drive and I had only one hour left I was searching for a limo service and, after a few attempts with other companies, I came across this one. Their website said they would actually answer calls — I assumed it was just marketing. It wasn’t. When I called, the operator confidently told me I’d have an answer within two minutes. Sure enough, I received a text confirming my ride almost immediately. That alone saved me a major headache, especially on a rainy morning with a trip to Billy Bishop Airport. The driver was incredibly kind and even lent me a charger so I could power up my phone on the way. Truly excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I needed to book a limo almost last minute, to pick up family at the airport at midnight. The gentleman who took the reservation was very patient and helpful. My daughter said the whole experience of being picked up and brought home was outstanding. Thank you again! We’ll definitely use this company again
