3. Flat Rock Cellars: This winery will give you a 360 degree view of the vineyards, Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline. Making it one of the most unique wineries in the area. “Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, made by David Sheppard, are the winery’s focus but the Rieslings, especially Nadja’s Vineyard, are consistently recognized among Canada’s best.”
4. Peller Estates Winery & Restaurant: Set in a stunning landscape is this absolutely wonderful winery that has been making wine for 50 years. They welcome guests to have a tasting or to sit down and enjoy a meal. “The Peller Estates wine portfolio features four collections: Andrew Peller Signature Series, Private Reserve and Family Series.”
5. Between The Lines: In their 10th year, Between The Lines has been learning and experimenting with different wine making techniques. “The result is a distinguished portfolio of wines that possess a precise flavour and appeal to new wine drinkers and the most seasoned palates.” While their modern and rustic space is used for both tasting and for a clubhouse atmosphere.
