Great communication from Zaeem. Told us where to meet the driver at the airport on arrival and the license plate to look for. Same for the return trip to the airport, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel and ready before the meeting time. The only thing is that, I was quoted a price including 15% gratuities via email. But when I went to pay by credit card for the amount quoted, the POS terminal also gave me the option to add tips on top, which was confusing. I skipped this step and paid the quoted amount, which included gratuities

Limo was there waiting for us when our plane landed. I texted him when we had luggage. Within a few minutes he told us what pillar he would be at. Simple! The driver was terrific, on time, safe driving habits, and courteous. The vehicle an SUV was first class, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this service👍
